It's important to make sure the foundations for any build are laid correctly . That's why for all of our conversions we follow the same preparation process to ensure a reliable end product.
To prep the van properly for (hot and colder climates) we follow the same routine; sound deadening, dodo thermo acoustic liner, recycled plastic insulation and then we seal all of this in with a vapour barrier.
To create the vapour gap we apply batons on-top of this and then the wall panels are fixed to these. This provides the ideal base on which to build a strong and durable conversion.

A Medium to large size van, suitable for small holidaying trips, often with a fixed bed and reasonable electrical package
Often larger vans, for longer trips or full time living and housing a full off grid electrical system.
We offer a 1 year warranty on our builds and a lifetime of help and support. All builds come with an instruction booklet and package.
All of our electrical installs are tested and certified by an electrician with over 10 years of experience. A full report of 240v electrical testing is also provided.
LPG gas certificates are provided with all of our builds and comply with the Gas Safety (regulations and use) Regulations 1998. Which is valid for one year.
Outsourced components that we install in our builds are subject to manufacturer's warrantees. We only use the best equipment in our builds to ensure minimum issues.
